  Rob Whitwell

  General Manager, Development

  Rob has overseen the entire development of Essendon Fields, and took up leadership of property development activities in 2004. He has a broad range of experience in the construction and property industry, and has worked for some of Australia's major construction companies, including Leighton Contractors, Lend Lease, Consulere, Civil and Civic and Abigroup Constructions. He has served on a number of boards and was the President of the Master Builders Association of Victoria for two years. He is currently the Director of Construction Industry Redundancy Fund and member services group Incolink Ltd. Rob has qualifications in various management disciplines, is a qualified municipal engineer and holds tertiary qualifications in civil engineering.

  Andrew Hughes

  Asset Manager

  Andrew is a fully licensed estate agent and has over two decades of commercial real estate experience under his belt. Prior to joining Essendon Fields, Andrew worked with a number of major property trusts and mixed used developments. Some of his major achievements were enhancing the profile of the Southgate Complex comprising an integrated mixed use commercial, retail and car park development as well as spearheading growth, through asset acquisition & fee based management services for various clients.
