Essendon Fields is a joint venture between two of Melbourne's
most highly regarded property development companies, Linfox and
Beck Corp.
Strategically located in Melbourne's North West, Essendon Fields
is now one of Melbourne's largest property developments integrating
commercial real estate with retail. We aim to create long-term
value by designing, developing, constructing, leasing and managing
commercial and retail properties.
The 305-hectare, mixed-use development began with the 65,000sqm
development to house Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) and Homemaker Hub
in the South Western precinct of the site. This has been followed
by many other developments, including more than100,000 sqm of
commercial, retail and office space.
The park is easily accessible via Citylink, Tullamarine and
Calder Freeways and the Western Ring Road, as well as a variety of
public transport options.
