with a Victorian postcode 3041. Essendon Fields Chief Executive Officer Rob Whitwell
said "this is one of a series of positive steps associated with the redevelopment of Essendon Airport."

The Suites “Another Success Story”

The Suites are located above the Essendon Fields Shopping Centre. There are 11 in total which were all leased as soon as they were released. We found that local businesses were moving away from above shops and home businesses, wanting to take the next step into professional, high quality, modern office suites along with great amenities.


Police Airwing & Metropolitan Ambulance Service - MAS

The new facility for the MAS was completed in 2009 spanning 8000m2. This complex now provides significant enhancement to the previously outdated emergency medical facilities, critical care ambulance and the Police Airwing.

Second Heritage Office Building to be Refurbished

Based on the success of the refurbishment of the Beaufort Bomber Building and the Everett Centre, Essendon Fields is gearing up to refurbish the former ANA building, not compromising in the standard we have set for the business park. This building is a three level commercial building offering 1,800m2 of office space and will be completed in 2010.

The Beaufort Bomber construction is complete and the building has been converted into 3 storey modern offices whilst retaining the historical elements of the building. Tenants occupying the building are Vic Roads and IMA.

Koala Child Care and Early Learning Centre

Koala Child Care & Early Learning Centre is a 4.5 green star building with state-of-the-art facilities. Koala Child & Early Learning Centre caters for all children 6 weeks old - 6 years old, full time or part time. The centre is open from 6:30am - 6:30pm. Eight individual rooms enable the centre to provide children with a high level of care, stimulation and educational opportunities for their age group. The centre has separate outdoor play areas for children under 3 and children over 3 and a nursery for children up to 12 months of age.

The $9.5million building Essendon Fields House was completed in 2007, providing accomodation of the highest quality in a campus style environment. Its 'state of the art' design, using high-grade materials and finishes and incorporating green design initiatives, sets a precedent for any future development at Essendon Fields.

Is one of many important historial heritage buildings at Essendon Fields. The building recognises the contribution of Percy Everett to Essendon Airport who designed many of the historical buildings at the airport. Formally known as the Operations and Meteorology Centre, the building was renamed "The Everett Centre" and refurbished which was operated in 2007. With a total of 650m2 the heritage listed building if fully tenanted.

Terminal - An Office with a View

The old "Skyline" nightclub (upstairs from the Essendon Airport Terminal Building) was refurbished and transformed into a quality A-grade office space, offering expansive views of the airport and Melbourne's CBD all while maintaining it's heritage.

This future project would provide a convenient location for both interstate and overseas travellers, being 5 minutes from Melbourne Airport and 10 minutes from the CBD. "A city within a city" is what we are creating says Rob Whitwell, General Manager of Essendon Fields.
