Essendon Fields has just received news that it has been gazetted a new suburb with a Victorian postcode 3041.

The Suites “another success story”

Above Essendon Fields Shopping Centre, we have The Suites, 11 in total and all have been leased as soon as we released them. Metropolitan Ambulance Service - MAS

An new 8000m2 facility for the MAS is currently under way, This will provide significant enhancement of the current outdated emergency medical facility, critical care ambulance and also Police Airwing. Due for completion December 2008.

Second Heritage Office Building to be refurbished

Based on the success of the first heritage office building, Essendon Fields is now in the process of refurbishing the next heritage office building, not compromising in the standard we have set for the business park.
The three level commercial building will offer 1,800m2 of office space This building will be completed by mid 2009.

Refurbishment of Beaufort Bomber Building Begins

"We are particularly excited about this project as it incorporates the preservation and renovation of one of the original Beaufort Bomber Manufacturing buildings. This office project will see in excess of 200 new employment opportunities in Moonee Valley."  Due for completion July 2009.

Koala Club Childcare

Koala club child care centre is now fully operational. A 4.5 green star building, with state of the art facilities. Koala club child care centre caters for all children from 6 weeks old – 6 years old, full time and part time, the centre is open from 6:30am - 6.30pm. Eight individual rooms will enable the centre to provide children with a high level of care, stimulation and educational opportunities for their age group. The centre has separate outdoor play areas for children under 3 and children over 3 and a nursery for children up to 12 months of age.

A fully qualified chef to implement nutritionally balanced meals on site, early childhood computer programs and sunscreen provided by Koala Club. Koala Childcare has a proven reputation for high quality childcare.

The program is based on the individual needs and interests of the children. With a vegetable garden, composting area, worm farm and fernery. The children are encouraged to grow their own herbs and vegetables and the cook will incorporate the fruits of their labour into the centre menu.

Everett Centre

The Everett Centre formally known as the Operations and Meteorology Centre is now completed and fully tenanted. Holding its historic heritage with its new name recognising the contribution of Percy Everett, a chief architect of the Victorian Public Works Department during 1934 - 1953. Mr Everett designed many of Essendon Airport’s Historic buildings.

With a total of 650m2 the heritage listed building has been returned to its
former glory.

Terminal - An office with a view

As part of the Essendon Fields development, construction is now complete on the refurbishment of the old Skyline night club.
